Try to find videos on the net geared towards learning English.  I googled "slow english practice" and found this 24 minute video:

It's about a video game Minecraft & is also meant for people learning English.  The speaker speaks slow, there are captions. It could be a good place to start.

You could watch cartoons or see TED talks. But, in my opinion mostly depends of your level.
