what does these 2 phrases means? 

1) 입꼬리울라간게이뻐용ㅎ

2) 답장해주고있잖아용

Oh oops. It's not exactly "answering your questions", it's more like "replying" to comments, questions, etc. My bad.

The first one is probably a misspelling of 입꼬리 올라간게 이뻐용ㅎ

입꼬리 is the corners of the mouth - so it's roughly "the way the corners of your mouth go up is so pretty <3 haha" So it's referring to someone's natural lip shape. The -용 ending is a cutesy way of speaking.

 

The second means "I'm already answering your questions, silly!"
