I would say this depends on how much a person eats out to really justify how much an average indidivudal eats out. Like you both said, there are some people that continue to eat at home while others continue to eat from outside. I think it all depends upon how much one cooks, amount of time that is available to them and money. Just a thought. 

Unfortunately,both of them are getting more and more popular in my country.

Junk food is not taking a big role in my country so far; people still dine in their homes eating home made meals which is very health & tasty as well;) Eating fast food is a fact that I can't deny, but I mean to say it's still not taking a significant role where I come from.
