If I would have a power. I’d make build high residences and all of population would live in a small land. Then I'd created a lot of area with circular arrangement. And Big Industry Area would center of that. One main road would exist for one area (And subway or railroad). This placement seems like solar system.
And We’d have much more natural lands for live.
Summary,
Build High Residences, Live in Small Rooms, Decrease the traffic.
Make A Forest, Live in Green, Cycling in area.

Global warming caused by nitrogen in the air, produced by cars or industries emission basically as I know; however, it also concerns about employment and redundancy in most of majority of common people, not only impacting manufacture, but also economic budgets increasing in order to approach higher material of quality growing for the eco-friendly uses.
