What the difference between "attract","appeal" and "tempt"?

When they all share the similar meaning "catch someone's eyes",I am not sure they can apply to the same sentence or not.

Do you mean to say that you want to talk about something being 'irresistible' in someone's eyes? I don't think they're used in the same contexts - I'll try to give you a few examples ...

'Attract' is used frequently to describe a kind of magnetism between people:

That guy is really attractive!
My friend is really attracted to him.
That girl is attracting a lot of attention from the men in this club!

It's possible to say a person is appealing, but I would be more likely to use it to describe a trait or characteristic:

Her personality is really appealing.
I don't find his attitude very appealing.

You can also use it to talk about a something you like or dislike:

Tattoos don't really appeal to me.
The scent of that perfume is really appealing. What is it?

'Tempt' is quite a strong word and may have negative connotations if you use it to describe an attraction between people...

That guy cheated on his wife because he was tempted by a beautiful woman.

But 'tempt' is frequently used to talk about food as an indulgence:

Please don't tempt me with that double chocolate fudge cake....
I can't resist the temptation .... ok, I'll have one more slice!

I hope this helps! :)
