What is the way that make you confidence?
What make you confidence when you haven't title yet but you have experience more than some people who only have title (I can say, bachelor degree who just graduate).
Do you still apply to the company that just eligible the title? or you just focus on your study and you work in restaurant as waitress maybe?

Do you mean what do we choose when we have more skills than educational qualifications?
If yes,
It all depends on the field you're in, for certain fields only skills are sufficient and for more challenging domaines like industries, hospitality, etc.. we have to focus on the educational/professional qualifications.
