Halloween is getting closer but in my country we don't celebrate it. I always want to feel the Halloween atmosphere because it looks exciting and fun. If we do, I think I will wear gothic costume since I like Victorian style.
Is Halloween considered as a festival? Do you celebrate it? what costume do you usually wear? Or do you have other spooky festival in your country?
Holloween is not celebrated in Korea as well unless it's for commercial purpose to draw more customers for example special events at theme parks and price off in stores.
In the US, Halloween is celebrated by many people, but it has little meaning. It is mostly 1) a day for children to dress up and 2) time for adults to dress up and act a little crazy.
Mostly it is not celebrated in Muslim countries. But muslims celebrate it in countries. wher it is celebrated.
The holiday is a tradition that goes back to the middle ages and was brought by Europeans that settled in what is now the United States.
I like to wear costumes at parties (Carnival and cosplay events) but no, we don't celebrate Halloween here.
