Well you can also stay in Lisbon and from Lisbon visit the another places by train like Cascais, Belem Tower, Christ The King, some beaches.  If you really want stay in Sintra you can stay in: "Quinta Das Murtas", "Villa Das Rosas", "Espaco Edla" or "Espaco Edla".
