"My favorite animal is the dog" (best). "My favorite animals are dogs" (ok)

You can say it either way.
The Present Perfect ("I have lived") provides no information whatsoever about whether or not you still live in Spain. For example, at my ripe old age, it would be correct for me to say "I have been a teenager." If I once had the measles long ago, it would be correct for me to say "I have had the measles."
Although the Present Perfect provides no information about action continuing into the present, CONTEXT can allow it to provide such information. For example, if you are sitting with Jim in his living room and you ask him "Jim, how long have you lived in this house?" He could answer "I have lived here four years" and you would know that he still lives there.
