Hi! My name is Anastasiia and I am from Russia.
Currently I live in Brisbane, Australia.
I have a range of hobbies and interests including cooking desserts, playing volleyball, learning languages, surfing and travelling. Over the last 10 years I have visited more than 15 countries.
When I was a student I took part in different international projects as a volunteer. It allowed me to meet new people, develop my organisational and communication skills.Me as a Teacher
When I was a student I studied languages (English, Spanish, Norwegian) and intercultural communications. Therefore, I can say that I clearly understand what challenges you may face while learning a language.
I have been teaching English both children and teens since my second year in university.
I believe, that it is extremely important not only to have relevant experience, but also to follow current developments. That is why, I try to introduce up-to-date material from the real world during my lessons.
I enjoy teaching elementary, intermediate and upper-intermediate students.My lessons & teaching style
I am happy to help you to practice speaking skills. Together we can improve your grammar and also develop listening skills.
During my lessons I usually use various videos and podcasts, presentations, articles and other resources. I have some special exercises to develop both your accuracy and fluency.
I prefer to act as a coach giving tips how to study English on your own. That is why I usually give you some homework to do that we will check at the beginning of our next lesson.
I do my best to find a personal approach to each of my students. In return I am looking for highly motivated students who are ready to commit for achieving their goal.My teaching material

Анастасия очень ответственно подходит к занятиям, это всегда красочная презентация, наполненная как теорией, так и практикой. Занятия проходят легко, в приятной атмосфере. Практически сразу пытаемся говорить на уроке на английском языке. Мне нравится, надеюсь Анастасии тоже )
