I haven't got on my keyboard some symbols as လှ (which make a sound “h” before the letter). But I have strange symbols as ၽႊ ၊ ၽြ ၊ ႔ ၊ ႕ ၊ ထၤ ၊ ထဳ ၊ ၚ ၊ ၾ ။ And I don't understand what for are they. Hmm... Something strangely: those symbols looks others in my MS Word, as at foto.

They look like symbols used in other dialects/languages like shan?..you can check on here: http://learn101.org/images/burmese_alphabet.pdf I am guessing though..
