the above paragraph is fine how it is except that it is a sentence run-on. You have put too many clauses into one sentence but of course each clause itself is very good. So I made the last clause its own sentence.

According to the first chart the most important reason is a particular interest in a subject, accounting for 40%; closely followed by the need to gain qualifications that accounts for 38%, and the third most important reason is the belief that it will be helpful for their current job accounting for 22%. On the contrary, the reason least answered by the survey respondents is to meet people accounting only for 9%.

The second chart shows that 40% of the survey respondents think that the cost of each course should be assumed individually, the 35% of them think that the cost of each course should be shared with the employer and the remaining percentage think that the taxpayers should share the cost. It can be appreciated that there is no a very predominant trend on this topic.

Therefore, according to the results of the survey, it can be said that the main reasons among adults for studying are the interest in a particular subject and to gain qualifications to be included on their resumes. Regarding to the second chart, most of the survey respondents think that the costs for their education should be assumed individually, this percentage is not the outstanding majority, though.
