The Changing Seasons

=>계절은 변하고 있어요

This is a noun phrase, so it might be better

 "계절 변화" (literally, 변하는 계절들)
 
Here in North Carolina the seasons are changing from Summer to Autumn.

=>여기 노스캐롤라이나에서 계절을 여름에서 가을에 변하고 있어요

seasons is a subjecct... so it could be translated like this

여기 노스캐롤라이나(에서)는 (는 is for distinctionn or for emphasis) 여름에서 가을로 계절이 변하고 있어요.

(I'm trying to keep your words but in Korean it's too much, maybe it can be said like this......여름에서 가을로 변하는 때예요  or 여름에서 가을로 '넘어가고 or 변하고'  있어요. )

One day it's hot and one day it's cool.

 => 하나 날 덥이에요. 그리고 하나 날 설렁해요.

one day is 하루, cool is 쌀쌀한 or 썰렁한.....but 쌀쌀한 is right for this season, I think.

하루는 덥고, 하루는 쌀쌀해요.

Because the weather is nice I want to spend more time outside.

=>:때문에 날씨는 좋아해요, 밖 더 보내고 싶어요.

In the structure of korean sentences,  ".........(reason).....때문에"

so 날씨가 좋기 때문에 (becasuse), 나는 밖에서 더 많은 시간을 보내고 싶어요. (time is the object)

계절은 변하고 있어요

여기 노스캐롤라이나의 계절은 여름에서 가을로 변하고 있어요. 하루는 덥고 하루는 서늘해요. 날씨가 좋기 때문에 밖에서 더 많은 시간을 보내고 싶어요.

The Changing Seasons

Here in North Carolina the seasons are changing from Summer to Autumn. One day it's hot and one day it's cool. Because the weather is nice I want to spend more time outside.
