中秋節
我好迷上中秋節. 我打算聽日去買燈龍 - 一兩個放(喺 - optional; it would still be totally fine without this but colloquially we usually add this)我間屋同埋兩個俾外國嘅朋友. 我搵(咗 - denoting that the action is done)好多區但係只係喺深水埗搵到. 我都想試月餅但係月餅好貴. 我睇咗價嘅時候我好出奇! 我好在搵到平啲嘅月餅, 住(喺 - still optional but it would make the flow better)香港嘅人可以喺佳寶食品(佢哋寫"佳宝食品",用簡體嘅[this 嘅 is optional]字)買, 只係要俾十六蚊一個啫. 喺香港有啲事件, 喺維多利亞公園會陳好多大嘅燈龍同埋其他嘅地方都陳. (not sure what do you mean by this, do you mean: There is something in Hong Kong worth mentioning that there would be a lot of big latterns in Victoria Park and other places? If so, we usually say:值得一提嘅係，喺維多利亞公園會有好多大嘅燈龍，同埋其他嘅（嘅 optional）地方都會有) 都可以睇傳統嘅舞龍! 我一定打算盡量玩唔同嘅嘢. 我想同朋友一齊玩不過中國朋友覺得中秋節好悶 - 佢哋覺得依個節日已經冇乜特別 (we don't usually say 'experienced' in Cantonese in such situation, so I changed it a little bit to express 'they think that this festival is nothing special to them'.)
啲人有話我聽，香港人係中秋節嘅時候睇月，然候我時時都話"點會(how would you be able to)睇到呀?喺市區(urban areas)好困（困optional）難睇到月（亮/光）同星星 (we usually use compound nouns to denote objects)!" 我之後諗翻起我喺香港嘅時候我無睇月! 係中秋節嘅時候月亮看來好大. 節日揀咗...抳個,因為傳統中國嘅曆法係跟月球嘅運轉(sorry if it seems complicated, but it is better to clarify that the methodology of the Chinese calender is according to the lunar movement)(係農曆). 咁樣可能八月八日(not sure what do you mean by 八月八日 because the Mid-Autumn Festival is on 農曆八月十五日 instead)會一次睇到!

我睇咗價嘅時候我好出奇!（我睇價钱嘅時候我覺得好出奇 or 我睇價钱個陣我覺得好出奇）You dont need to emphasize the past in the sentence of " when ...v-ed..". If you cant help to do that, use a adverb. "個日“ for example.
我好在搵到平啲嘅月餅. （好在我搵到便啲嘅月餅）
