Why is important to travel to another country? I think there are many different reasons to travel another countries and cities, and it depends about you want. However, I think there are some reasons besides that know a new place, to take nice photos to eat new food, and so on. Beyond of this, I believe to travel might change and expand the ways of thinking. Even when you know people online from other countries you can noticed that some things aren't the way you thought.So, below I will try to tell you the most important reasons to travel, at leats for me. 1. stereotypes Many people worldwide have stereotypes about other cultures and countries. People sometimes think that people far places have stranges customs but maybe if you travel to other city or country maybe you realize that as well as in you own country you can find different kinds of people, in other countries also you can find different kinds of people!. For example: Not everyone likes to dance in Colombia! 2. "In this country everything is perfect" I know many persons who believe that in countries of Europe everything is perfect, the subway always is on time, the health is perfect, everybody go to university, and everyone has a good job and earn good salaries, furthermore all people is friendly and there is never traffic accidents. But when you know someone from some of this countries, you can realize this isn't entirely true. When a friend from England told me about a accident I would never have guessed it!. I think there are many different reasons to travel TO other countries and cities, and it depends on what you want. However, I think there are some reasons besides knowing a new place. For example, to take nice photos, to eat new food, and so on. Beyond this, I believe traveling might change and expand the ways of thinking. Even when you know people online from other countries you can noticed that some things aren't the way you thought.So, below I will try to tell you the most important reasons to travel, at leats for me.

Hi Lorena, you are right about stereotypes and assumptions. Things in Europe are not perfect at all and there are a lot of problems, for example unemployment, ineffective education system, health care issues, corruption and so forth. I read a blog post about your country. It said that people in your country are poor and even though they are smiling a lot and are more relaxed than people in my country.
