I reminder remember that I heard or read that drinking 16 glasses of water every day is also okay recommended. You nice know that Drinking Green tea is also useful. My I feel very well after each drinking a glass of water or green tea is very well. Because of this, I feel I am a healthy person So I carry on more so I'm going to make it a habit :).
