任何人有誰可以 帮 我的 中文 吗? 我 的 中文 不好. 谢谢!

Although 任何人 = anyone, this can be considered rude because it carries a tone of superiority.  You need to have a 有 preceeding it to tone it down a bit.  However, it is better to use my version or "有人".

As for 还不好 = Still not good.  This is OK in English but not in Chinese.  This is due to cultural biases.  The Chinese tone of the sentence does not show humulity.  Hence it comes across as rudness implying that your Chinese is good!  So no one would want to help.

Learning a language is not only knowing its literal or figurative meaning but also it's cultural norms.  You can see in some translated stories, movies in which Chinese characters speak in translated English, for example, "Welcome to my humble home", "I am honoured by your visit" etc.  Of course you don't see much in these days because of the derogatory underlying tones of Hollywood movies, depciting Chinese characters as subservient to the white main characters.  Eyebrows will be raised today if plantation talk is used not in period movies.

任何人可以 帮 我的 中文 吗?

任何人有人可以 帮 我 中文 吗? 我 的 中文 还 不是很好. 谢谢!

we're more likely to say "are there anybody who can...?" equaling "有人可以...?" rather than "anybody can...?"

and also, we hardly say "help sb with sth", it's more common to say "help sb to do sth". just like your example. it's better to say "帮我学中文" instead of "帮我的中文".

i'm not sure if you can get my point this way. chinese is a quite complex language, and its gramma is not very clear. wish you can manage it someday!
