I have foreign language phobia

I work on tarte cafe. A foreign man visited yesterday but he can't speak Korean. I have studied english but I couldn't speak english. I just use my hand and drowing ㅠㅠ I was so sad. If I meet foreigner, I become a small. How do I overcome this phobia?

And I want to exchange language. Teach me to english conversation please ㅠㅠ
