I can understand texts in English, English speech. (<em>I can understand written and spoken English</em>)
But I have no opportunity to speak with native speakers. I also want to improve my listening skill in order to watch easy <em>TV</em> shows and films without any difficulties

Starting a sentence with "but" is not entirely wrong, but there are always other options. Don't forget to capitalize "I" and to conjugate your verbs correctly when you have more than one in combination.
