*If ちゃn is a part of your name, it's better to write it in katakana. If it's for calling a person like さん、くん, you don't need to put it after your name, it's for that you call other person.
*べんきょうする is the informal form and you started with the formal form. Since it's better not mix them up in one note, writing べんきょうします is better, besides べんきょうしています sounds more natural in this case.
