The Benefits of Education Education is always one of the hottest topics everywhere in the world. As far as I concerned, it brings about good to each individual and the society as well. On one hand, people benefit a lot from education. Firstly, a well-educated person is easier to lead a happy life. This may be the main reason why a majority of young people are eager to further their education. Secondly, it helps individuals have a more prospect career which is crucial to their living conditions, especially in some developing countries like China. As a matter of fact, take China as an example, every year millions of students from high schools around the nation do their best to get a high score in the college entrance exams and then get a opportunity to be educated in universities. On the other hand, education brings quite a few advantages to the society. A nation needs a large pool of high-educated work staff to boost its economy. At the same time, the more citizens get education, the lower the criminal rate is. Some poor young people may be unemployed due to a poor education they have got and then become an unstable factor of the society, which costs the society a lot in a long term. In my view, education benefits equally to both individuals and the society.

The Benefits of Education

Education is always one of the hottest topics everywhere in the world. As far as I am concerned, it brings about good to each individual and the society as well. (As far as I'm concerned, education is beneficial both to individuals and to the society as a whole.)

On the one hand, people benefit a lot from education. Firstly, a well-educated person is easier more likely to lead a happy life. This may be the main reason why a majority of young people are eager to further their education. Secondly, it helps individuals have a more prospect career prospects, which is crucial to their living conditions, especially in some developing countries like China. For example, in China every year millions of students from high schools around the nation do their best to get a high score in the college entrance exams and then get a opportunity to be educated in universities.

On the other hand, education brings quite a few advantages to the society. A nation needs a large pool of highly-educated work staff to boost its economy. At the same time, the more citizens get education, the lower the criminal crime rate is. Some poor young people may be unemployed due to the poor education they have got received, and then become an unstable factor in the society, which costs the society a lot in a long term. (Poor young people who receive a substandard education may be unable to find steady work, leading to social instability and high social costs.)

In my view, education benefits equally to both individuals and the society equally.
