Purchase online. I've seen many people purchase products through a web store (online). However there are a lot of issues when someone decide to purchase in this way. Recently I've been hired for a company how a customer care agent, this company sells products online like Amazon and its customers are very happy with its service but sometimes there are are some issues that make angry to customers. My work will be fix those issues as best as possible and quickly. However I'd like to know if you if sometime you've purchased online, how would you like to receive customer attention? I want to avoid bad attention and do it my best work. Please share with me your experience with customer care and please let me know how you would like to receive attention and what things you hate about it. I'll really apprecite your answers very much. :)
