Excite Inspire? Start? a riot
If you suddenly realize that you are working on something senseless and vain, stop immediately. There is no need to struggle for something that you don't consider as is not valuable. You will be surprized how many people will support you in your protest decision. **

Avoid unquestioned authority
As a rule, the ring of authority binds, keeps us back and abridges freedom. Stay away from it as much as possible As far as possible get rid of it.***

Don't be afraid of friction
You don't want to impose your will on others. You don't like to bring up disturbing topics disturbing you. You don't dare ask for something you need. Nevertheless you have to master yourself.****

First of all, good job on all the phrasal verbs. :)

Notes on some corrections:

*Have got - haven't got = British English (Always with "got")

I have got a car, I haven't got a car.

*Have - don't have = American English (Never with "got")

I have a car, I don't have a car.

I haven't a car = WRONG

**Protest is a good word, but it's too strong for this situation, even as a metaphor.

***to "get rid of something" is to take it away/throw it out/make it go 100%. So, as far as possible + get rid of it doesn't work together.

****I didn't understand this sentence as it relates to the rest of the piece. It seems like you just trailed off.
