Could you please help me to make out some words in the interview with Jamie Oliver?

I need to write down a part of Jamie Oliver's interview. But sometimes it's really hard to make out what they are saying.

1)1:28 Tha anchorman says 'Jamie, it's great to see you in (Jamie Oliver lazy????) the most handsome and talented' Jaime, it's great to see you - Jaimie Oliver ladies and gentlemen: what a handsome and talented young man 
right after it 'I'm guessing for someone cause I know you are following??? You are working over time???' I'm guessing - for someone - because I know you are full on, you're working all the time - So, uh Christmas, for you must be time-off...
2) 2:02 well the whole house?? Well they're all ours, there used to be 13-14 of us as children and we've doubled it in the last 8 years. 
3) 2:09 can't you live in them??????? Can't you limit them? Can't you say, "you can all bring 2 each and the rest of you stay home?" 
Can you say you can only be two each??
4) 2:25 I delegate everything else, like .......... Chris does the Christmas pudding I delegate everything else like... mom does the trifle, dad does the Christmas pudding
5) 2:29 I get my sisters? I get my sisters to bring the, sort of, gratin veggie dishes
and right after it 'grand tan veggie dishes?' (gratin is a "fancy" word for baked, he's talking about roasted vegetables)
6) 2:37 what does mrs Oliver do? What does .....? And what does Mrs. Oliver do? What does Jules do? (Mrs. Oliver's name must be Julia and a short form is Jules) 
7) 2:51 bring it to the microwave? So that's like fish fingers on the grill and beans in the microwave. 
8) 3:06 v I jey? Are they are still.... how do I put this without?... Do they still...?
