You are right - no job without experience, no experience without a job! It English we call this a Catch-22! ( an illogical situtation with no escape!)

I'm a fresh graduate in economics and i'm looking for a job but it's very difficult in this time. Many companies look for graduates with at least 4-5 years experience ; so i tell me: How does a fresh graduate (or " how do the fresh graduates", depends on how many people you're talking about. Because you're desperately ask about how can people like us get a job, you can say "How can a fresh graduate finds a job") finds a job? Is it really the fine?
