The fragility of life

Each seemingly powerful human life [clearer emphasis], seemingly powerful [stylistically better for your sentence to move here on its own, demarcated with commas], yet in the face of illness. L like an ant ants, is fragile and cannot withstand a single blow.

in my memory From what I can remember [stylistically better], it was the first time I saw when I first saw [stylistically better] a close relative lying on a single hospital bed stand for a moment to sit and repeatly without sleep [I don't understand what is happening here].The doctor also is helpless. This is the pancreatic cancer patient. Crying is useless. We can only pray to for God's mercy [accepted expressions are "pray to God", "pray for mercy"] to ease the pain of the patient.
