Attendance Policy According to the policy, students can be absent just once per semester without to explain why, unless there is a test in that day. However, if they are absent for more than once, their score will be affected in a negative way. In addition, they will have to explain why they were absent. The man disagrees completely with this decision, because he believes that the policy is too rigid. Furthermore, he points out that he could be sick for two weeks, or having legitimate reasons to be absent for instance, a familiar emergency or something else. Finally, he suggests that there should be the opportunity to be absent as long as they have well-founded reasons.
