10/27/2014 How to make fishballs Have you ever made any fishball? Or have you seen other people making fishballs? I would like to try to describe the below action (item 4) (as per the picture shown). Hope you could help me correct my writing. 1. Use a spoon to scrape the fish fresh from its bone and skin. 2. Mince the fish fresh with the back of the chopper until it turns into a paste with sticky consistency. 3. Season the fish paste with pepper and salt. 4. Hold the paste into your palm. Shape the fish paste into balls by squeezing the paste in between the crook of your thumb and index finger. Use spoon to scoop the balls and throw it into cold water basin. 5. Cook your fishballs.
