My first day here
Hi everybody.
Today is my first day as a member of this community. (Yesterday was my first day .....)
I have registered here because I want to improve my English and share different experiences and cultures with people from different places.
In the afternoon I was searching for people to do a language exchange with and finally I talked through a videocall with a person from Ireland. It was a great experience because I usually have not had the opportunity to talk in English with a native speaker for more than a minute.
Also, I discovered that in this site you can do and ask questions for instance related to the meaning of a word or to grammatical issues and even there are even interesting articles such as one that explains how to write a work email properly.
For now, I will be focus on *my English mainly due to work/studies reasons, but probably in the future, once my English becomes more fluent, I will think about learning another language, maybe German or French.
If some of you are interested in language exchange with a native Spanish speaker who is learning English please contact me.
That was all for today.
Regards.
Red = corrections. Blue = suggestions.
* Focus on something.
Very good you have only a few minor mistakes.
