Ein Essen

Eine Melone, eine Nudeln [= a single piece of pasta. Noodles/Pasta = Nudeln, without article], eine Qualle [As part of a meal? Really? Jelly (fruit preserve) = Marmelade, that's the general term in German, for all fruits.], eine Orange, und ein Brot.
A Melon, a noodle, a jellyfish, an orange, and a [slice of] bread.

Ich esse Nudeln, und Brot.
I eat noodles and bread.

Du bist isst jetzt.
You are eating now.

[Capitalization is not random, you capitalize all nouns and words that are used as nouns (and of course the beginning of a sentence). So articles ("einer", "eine", "ein") are never capitalized (unless at the beginning of a sentence). There's no continous form ("are eating") in German, don't try to translate it literally. You can only say "You eat (now)". You must learn nouns together with the gender (learn "die Melone" so you know it's "eine Melone", similarly "das Brot" -> "ein Brot")]
