Fear of speaking

I study English. Currently my English is still very bad. My personal vocabulary is very poor. I better understand the texts than the spoken word. In the near future I plan to try to take a lesson on Skype here. What can you advise me for not to be afraid to speak and understand English conversation?

This word order is more normal. 'texts' is also ok, but this is more how we would normally say it I think

<em>What can you advise,me for not to be afraid to speak and understand English conversation?</em>

Maybe a simpler, clearer way to say it;

<em>What do you advise to avoid fear of English conversation?</em>
