How to pass the interview Hello all, I'm going to join an interview for customer care service position, I have many troubles when describe my mind, example when the employer ask me why do you propose this $-000 salary? tell me what is your strength and what is your weakness. I'll write out my answer below, would you please help me correct my mistake and advise me some good way to answer these question, thank you so much! 1. The expected salary I suggest is base on my knowledge, experiences and skill. I believe that with my promising contribution for your business, I am worthy with this salary 2.My strength as well as my weakness is desire to achieve customer satisfaction, The level of customer satisfaction is the measure of success, and I always want to get the highest level, This is my career motivation. But sometimes, it become my pressure, It make me stress and feel down when I do not meet their requirement P/S: some vocabulary in this phrase I find out in dictionary by putting the meaning in Vietnamese and transfer it to English, may be it is not right, please help me fix it, thank you!
