Football and English!!! I used to a big fan of football (soccer) when I was a student from high school to college. After I graduated, I realized that my knowledge and skills were very limited. Especially, my English abilities was zero at that time, and I wasn't able to communicate with others even some daily sentences for kids. I recognized this problem when I met a foreigner at my supervisor's office. One day, I thought if I hadn't watched a football match, I would have watched another one. If I hadn't watched this season, I would have watched the next season. However, if I hadn't paid attention to study, I would have defeated forever. This was the way a keep a distance from my favorite hobbies. Interestingly, I recognize that English and football have some similar features. The first one, as we all know where the origin of English language and football. Some people may believe that football was original from China, but according to Wiki, it was in England. The second point is that while English is an international language, football is known as king of sports. This is some thoughts I would like to share with you today. Please correct my post for me!
