Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Coordination innovative programs of recruitment, selection and human development of large companies such as Natura, Fleury Group and HSBC Bank, focusing on Trainee and Internship, including international selection of candidates; - Management of all the stages of the programs: alignment profiles to clients, attracting, developing online activities, performing of match and supervising the relationships with candidates; - Responsible for the content of the project Training and Development of Natura based on concepts of collective intelligence and consciousness' expansion; - Leadership of collaborative and innovative initiatives with candidates. Stakeholder Engagement Analyst - Management of the Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement projects in SOS Mata Atlântica Foundation, Natura Cosméticos and the HSBC Bank, with many public activities leading to co-creation of solutions and knowledge; - Worked as a Community Manager, responsible for posting online content, forums, campaigns, webcasts (virtual events) and live events; - Achievements: about 50 thousand people engaged in collaborative initiatives, more than 102 accomplished webcasts; various influenced public, participants from around the world and sponsorship gain.
