Difference between "you" personal and "you" impersonal? How do you find the difference between the personal pronoun "you" when you are talking to someone with respect and when you are talking to your friend? In spanish it's easy because we use "usted" to talk to old people with respect and we use "tú" to be informal.

Wouldn't it be "I wed thee"? "Thee" is like "you"? I don't get it :S

'We thank Thee for Thy goodness'. This word (thou) is also used in Latin and Persian.
