ZAZEN Japanese ZAZEN, which means meditation, is not to be empty your mind, but feel the visual images of world things. The tips of feel them are not to use language, but just to use your visuals in your brain. First of all, if you meditate with your language, you lost the speed of thinking. People can imagine the several visuals pallalelly at the same time, on the other hand, language isn’t. Say, A is B, B is C, C is D….. It is more like linear thinking. Secondly, with watching several visual images at the same time, you can notice the truth of things easily. The point of feelings is to realize under the unconsciousness. In Japanese, “Ichinen Sanzen” means only one feeling with visual images makes you perceive 3,000 things.

Japanese ZAZEN, which means "meditation", is not to be empty your mind, but to feel the visual images of worldly things. Some tips to feel them, are not to speak (I think this is what you mean), but just to use your images in your mind (mind is a better word for "brain" in this context).

First of all, if you meditate while speaking, you lose concerntration. People can imagine the several visuals images (pallalelly not a word) at the same time, on the other hand, language isn’t. Say, A is B, B is C, C is D….. It is more like linear thinking. Secondly, with. Watching several visual images at the same time, you can notice the truth of things easily. The point of feelings is to realize under the subconsciousness. In Japanese, “Ichinen Sanzen” means "only one feeling with visual images makes you perceive 3,000 things."
