Which is correct expression between "rewind memory" and "rewire memory"? If someone wants to say remember something from the memory figuratively, which is proper expression between "rewind memory" and "rewire memory"? I see "rewind memory" has 11,700 results and "rewire memory" 515.I saw people using expressions like "rewinding video". Could "rewind one's memory" be used to express remember something in the past?

Neither of these is a standard expression in English, and if they were expressions they would mean very different things.
