What is the grammar mistake in this question:
Who did use to take you out when you were little?
It must be one because this is for a test and it is asking me to find the mistake.

Look closely at the verbs in the sentence. Look at the tense used, Is there an auxiliary verb and a past participle? Do you need this or could you just use one verb in the past tense?

It's testing the construction 'used to', but the subject of the sentence is wrong. It should be:
Who used to take you out when you were little?
