Why can you not watch UK TV from Spain but you can watch Spanish TV from the UK?
Why is it I can watch Spansih TV from England but not watch UK TV from Spain?

Because UK TV is not free, you must pay for a TV license, more than €100 each year.

In Spain there are a cable tv and in this tv you can watch UK TV. But you must pay for a cable Tv to watch other contents that in public tv don't have.
