I would say that depends on how you want to learn. If you prefer to do it by yourself, you must find a way of acquiring some vocabulary, be it books, apps, online courses etc (as said in a previous commentary). I just did a quick Google search, and there are many possibilities on the Internet. If you want to talk to someone, then you can do that here by searching for people who speak Norwegian. Maybe a Norwegian wants to learn Arabic? Then you can help the Norwegian learning Arabic, and the Norwegian can help you learning Norwegian. Otherwise, you can also find some tips offered by italki on how to speak to and contact people if you scroll to the bottom of the page. By the way, I really like that you are learning Norwegian!

A good book could allways be a big help, besides I bought an App on Itunes (Nemo) and watched a few tutorials on youtube, but there aren´t that much. In my opinion is the pronunciation the most important thing, so you should buy something that you can listen to.
