So I want to say "lately the weather has been really nice but I think it's going to rain today"

Is this right?: 요즘 날씨 정말 좋았는데..
오늘 비 오겠어..

If it isn't right, how would I say it correctly (it's going to be on a facebook post) and if it is right then is there anything I could add to make it seem more fluent?Also how would I said "follow me on instagram please"
