这量句“想学习汉语的人不多”正确吗? I want to say that not many people want to learn Chinese. In fact there are many of those, but I still want to say that phrase correctly. =) So how do I say that? Is my option correct?So how do I say the following sentences? - There are not many people who want to learn Chinese. - There are many people who want to learn Chinese.

想学汉语的人不多 is exactly right. As for the second sentence, you can say 想学汉语的人很多 or 有很多人想学汉语 I think you got the question sentence wrong. 两 not 量 maybe is a type error.
