Do both sentences have the same meaning? I'm the one who's supposed to be upset here. and I'm the one who's supposed to be angry here

Hello Pelin, The only difference here is the word 'angry' and 'upset'. 'Angry' has only one meaning whereas 'upset' could mean that the person is 'worried', 'unhappy', or 'angry'. Hope that helps.

I agree with The IELTS Tutor. They mean the same in certain contexts since upset can also mean worried or unhappy. :)
