The term "friends with benefits". Is that a set expression to refer to people, who are not being "officially" in a romantic relationship have sex on a regular basis or just the movie's name? Thanks for your attention! =)

It means friends who have sex, but are not in an official relationship. It is a commonly used expression for that sort of thing.
