Casual: neunzehn fünfundachzig More formal: neunzehnhundert fünfundachzig (super casual, if it's clear that it's 19something: fünfundachzig) Since the millenia its always 'zweitausend', 2003: zweitausend drei; 2014: zweitausend vierzehn, etc
