Think and analyse. Has it not mentioned a time frame? What kind of scheme do you need if you have a tight time frame?

"Quick" is an adjective modifying "scheme." "Money making" is verb that has been converted into a noun and is being used as an adjective to modify "scheme." Note that "scheme" usually has rather negative connotations.... You may want to forget about "get rich quick" schemes, and keep practicing your English, which will really pay off in the long run.
