En Español peninsular sólo ae oyen "guapa" y "requeteguapa", y la diferencia es, obviamente de intensidad. Si te llaman "requeteguapa" es porque te ven mucho más que guapa = guapa en grado superlativo. La construcción X > requete+X se da también con participios como "visto", "pagado", etc. y entonces significa "X muchas veces" o "X de sobra/con creces, cf. "Esa falda se la tengo requetevista", "La hipoteca ya está requetepagada", etc.
