Which is correct 100 kg/1kg or 100 kgs/1kgs? Please help me.

For any amount 'kg' is correct

Well, it's technically supposed to be just written as 'kg' for the unit, even if it's more than 1 kg. However, if you read it, more than 1 kilogram should be read as 'kilograms'.
