In this lesson, you will learn Vietnamese from scratch with the help of the book "Tiếng Việt 123" by 123 VIETNAMESE as well as my own materials and knowledge as a Vietnamese native speaker. 
I tend to deviate from textbooks, as some of the language used in published materials are rather formal and not commonly used in daily life. 

Invest your time and effort, learn Vietnamese with me and you will be able to communicate with native speakers in daily contexts within 6 months! (in the most natural way too!)

In this lesson, I will help you to improve your English pronunciation by using the book 'English Pronunciation in Use' (Cambridge University Press). We will focus on individual sounds, the stress patterns in words, phrases, and sentences to intonation. 

You will get direct feedback and guidance from me as we study, and I will further assist you if you struggle to pronounce any specific sounds. The goal is to help you pronounce correctly and naturally.

In this lesson, we will have daily conversations about any topics of your choice and I will correct your pronunciation, and grammar as well as help you improve your fluency and vocabulary in Vietnamese.

English Conversation Practice

I cannot stress enough how important it is to have good pronunciation in Vietnamese. Pronouncing the tones correctly in Vietnamese is almost the same as putting the correct word stress in English as you speak. If you mispronounce it, there will be miscommunication.

In this lesson, we will focus on improving your pronunciation with difficult Vietnamese sounds and tones. You will get direct feedback and guidance from me as we study.

I will make sure that the lessons are tailored in the way that they are practical and based on authentic contexts (relevant to you) so it will be easier for you to remember the grammar rules and use it correctly.

The Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA), accredited by Cambridge English Language Assessment, is an introductory course in teaching English to adult learners for candidates with little or no previous English language teaching experience as well as those with experience but little previous training. The qualification is recognised at English teaching companies all around the world and is very often a pre-requisite to employment as an EFL teacher.
