In this channel I put Persian short stories. Before I start reading the stories, I introduce some vocabulary existing in the story that could help unblock the meaning. 

سیمرغ (Persian short stories + vocab)

V-(으)ㄹ게요
An expression used when the speaker promises or notifies the listener that he/she will do something. / 
ex ) 공부를 열심히 할게요. 제가 이 가방을 들게요.  

V- 기 전에
An expression used to state that a certain act occurs earlier than the act in the preceding statement. /
ex) 자기 전에 이를 닦으세요. 매일 출근하기 전에 신문을 읽어요.

On parle de stress au travail quand une personne ressent un décalage entre ce qu’on lui demande de faire et les ressources dont elle dispose pour y répondre. Les situations stressantes qui s’installent dans la durée ont toujours un coût pour la santé. Elles ont également des conséquences négatives sur le fonctionnement des entreprises. La démarche de prévention consiste à réduire les sources de stress dans l'entreprise en améliorant les conditions de travail et les relations avec les collègues.
